My husband and I first met Joe in 2004 at several open houses when we were looking to buy a home. We were already working with an agent and we didn't end up purchasing any of Joe's properties, but his knowledge, professionalism and honesty stuck with us. Joe was the first person we called when we decided to put our house on the market in November, 2008. We interviewed several other realtors but we knew immediately that Joe was the right fit for us and and our property. We had several offers on our house within days, and closed less than 6 weeks after listing it. We then asked Joe to help us with the purchase of a new home.
