Joe’s keen aptitude for listening uncovers what his clients’ wants and needs are to formulate a winning plan in order to achieve their desired real estate results. He developed this expertise through many years of business management and time spent training and coaching others in the area of customer service.

Having worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers, Joe has helped individuals, investors and developers to buy and sell real estate from modest to ultra-luxurious in neighborhoods all around Boston from Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End to cities like Cambridge and Lexington. Joe’s guidance has enabled his clients to discover new markets, to develop new ways of thinking about real estate and to achieve their lifestyle/business goals. The wealth of his experience has given him an amazing ability to see what must happened to make transactions come together. An expert in relationship development, Joe draws upon his professional network to produce unprecedented success for his clients.

A native of Massachusetts, Joe initially joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty in 2003 before joining Bushari Group Real Estate in 2011. Prior to establishing himself as a real estate professional, Joe worked in the fields of retail banking and investment management. He went on to earn the Realtor® designation in 2004 and has subsequently earned the Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, e-Pro and Green designations from the National Association of Realtors.

Professionally Joe has been recognized for industry excellence (Massachusetts Association of Realtors "Realtor Spirit" award winner, 2011) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors as well as the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Additionally Joe chairs the Technology Committee for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and serves on its Education Committee.

Despite being recognized as a "top ranked" agent Joe finds time to be involved in the community throughout Boston. Currently he is member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay and participates in the Beacon Hill Civic Association. Additionally Joe has held executive positions within the Boston Main Streets program and the Boston Dog organization.

As anyone who knows Joe can tell you, he is driven by his passions. Topping that list are a marked love for Boston, meeting and helping new people, "white glove" service excellence, green-sustainable living and his family that includes his partner of 11 years and his precocious miniature schnauzer named Ruebin.
